The crew at Phoenix Restoration Services of Omaha was at our house in 45 minutes (in the evening) after a phone call was made to them and they stayed through the night to extract water, and setup dryout machines, and diligently continued what they needed to do.  They have shown top skill in what they do, great communication and workmanship.  Tim has fully explained all steps of the process.
